Juliana is a woman expert in personal growth and self-healing. She began her path of expansion by connecting with her body through contemporary dance and yoga. Thus she became aware of the importance of movement and body care for well-being. This led her to study Biodecoding.
Later she connected with shamanism and the power of nature to heal the body and mind. Her curiosity for self-healing made her study Ayurveda and Ayurvedic Body Therapies.
Another of her great passions are extreme sports and adventure. These activities made her connect with the power of the mind and led her to study neurolinguistic reprogramming, quantum physics, and regulation of the nervous system through meditation and aromatherapy.
Juliana integrated all her knowledge and learnings to help you experience greater fulfillment in your life and accompany you on your path of expansion.

The benefits of meditating are the improvement of cognitive functions, such as attention, concentration, memory, even the reduction of anxiety, and it also helps us to quiet the mind.
